Adrien Lanusse is Vice President of Global Consumer Insights at Netflix, leading user-experience research. During his time at Netflix, the company has transformed from a domestic DVD-rental firm to a global streaming-entertainment provider. He focuses on bringing a deep understanding of the consumer to decision-making that improves the Netflix experience for customers worldwide. Before joining Netflix in 2010, Lanusse was head of Intercultural Insights at Cheskin Added Value, a WPP consultancy where he focused on developing multicultural business strategies for Fortune 100 firms.
Lanusse holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a BSC in marketing and international business from Santa Clara University. He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City.
