Andy Ellis has 20+ years experience managing global operations, sales and technology teams in the insights and software industries. After starting his career as a Consulting Economist at Standard & Poor's, he quickly changed course and ventured into the world of entrepreneurship and startups where he discovered a passion for growing small companies with transformational, technology driven ideas. As member of the early executive management team at Greenfield Online, he was instrumental in the company's successful IPO (NASDAQ - GFOL) in 2004 and later sale of the business to Microsoft in 2008 for $465M. Today, Andy serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of New Orleans' very own native child, Lucid. As an early investor and executive, Andy continues to wear many hats at Lucid; however, his primary love and focus remains his passion for growing revenue and exciting customers through groundbreaking solutions. When Andy is not neck-deep in all things Lucid, he enjoys coaching and investing in early stage technology companies. Andy holds a B.A. in economics from Creighton University.
