Jasmijn Bol is a PricewaterhouseCoopers professor at the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and a faculty fellow at the Albert Lepage Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Her research focuses on employee pay and performance evaluation. She has authored numerous articles that have appeared in prestigious scholarly journals. Her research emphasizes the importance of managers’ behaviors in achieving organizational goals. She is ranked 5th internationally for her managerial accounting research based on publication in premier research outlets and top journals. She has published Harvard Business School case studies, and teaches a course on controllership for graduate and MBA students. She has earned prestigious awards for her research and teaching, including the 2012 Best Early Career Researcher Award and the 2015 Notable Contribution to Management Accounting Literature Award from the American Accounting Association.
