Biography

Kate McCrery is the Director for Loyola's Center for Entrepreneurship and Community Development and an Adjunct Professor in the College of Business.

Originally hailing from the New Orleans area, McCrery was a Fulbright Scholar in Germany as well as an educator in South Korea. While in New York City, she was with the social entrepreneurship organization Echoing Green, served as a consultant to various USAID and UNICEF projects across Africa and Asia, and produced a TEDx event.

Prior to Loyola, McCrery was the Global Communications Director for impact investment firm and global accelerator Village Capital, based in Washington, DC. She graduated from Wesleyan University and holds her master’s degree from Columbia University in international development.
