New Orleans Entrepreneur Week (“NOEW”) respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how information is collected and used in connection with our website, event registration, communications, and programming.

About NOEW

New Orleans Entrepreneur Week is an annual celebration of entrepreneurship, innovation, and community, bringing together founders, business leaders, creatives, investors, students, and organizations from across New Orleans, Louisiana, and beyond.

NOEW includes The Summit at Loyola University New Orleans as well as events and programs produced by participating organizations throughout the week.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected directly by NOEW through noew.org, NOEW-managed registration and communication channels, and NOEW-produced events. Events produced by participating organizations may also be subject to the privacy practices and policies of those organizations.

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you:

Event Registration & Partner Events

NOEW uses third-party platforms to support event registration, communications, attendee management, and other event operations.

NOEW is a weeklong event that includes programming produced by multiple participating organizations. When you register for an event hosted or produced by another organization, information you provide may be accessible to that event’s host or producer for purposes such as managing registration, communicating with attendees, and operating the event.

Participating organizations may have their own privacy policies and practices. We encourage you to review any applicable policies when registering for or participating in independently produced events.

Registration information may also be used to support NOEW-wide event operations, including attendee services, credentials or badges, event communications, attendance tracking, and event planning.

How We Use Information

Information collected in connection with NOEW may be used to:

  • Process and manage event registrations and applications

  • Provide event information, confirmations, updates, and logistical communications

  • Manage credentials, badges, attendance, and event access

If you subscribe to NOEW marketing communications, you may also receive news, programming announcements, opportunities, and other updates related to NOEW.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications. Unsubscribing from promotional communications may not prevent you from receiving necessary transactional or event-related messages associated with an active registration or participation.

Photography, Video & Event Media

NOEW events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded for documentation, editorial, educational, archival, and promotional purposes.

By attending an NOEW-produced event, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photography, video, or other recordings and that those materials may be used by NOEW and Loyola University New Orleans in connection with NOEW and related communications.

NOEW will make reasonable efforts to communicate when official photography or recording is taking place. Questions or concerns regarding event photography or media may be directed to hello@noew.org.

Speakers, performers, presenters, and other featured participants may be subject to additional media or participation agreements.

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. NOEW is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites or platforms.
